The goal of our clients is no longer to tie down management capacities into supervising a company in a business field that is no longer attractive for them. We acquire such companies by means of a true sale. We keep the acquired company running and nurture it as our own responsibility.

Our clients are private equity companies, family offices and other shareholders.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
We acquire shares in companies that are due to be wound up without insolvency or for which another non-insolvency exit strategy needs to be developed and implemented.
