OUR RESPONSIBILITY
We have a special track record especially in the industrial service space. 2024 we took over the industrial service business from former GEA Heat Exchangers out of insolvency (former ENEXIO Service GmbH) in order to open a new chapter of the market leader with 100 years of history under the new name X-Cooling GmbH. Also recently, recently, we signed the acquisition of a stake in a PropTech company in the elevator service space, Elevator Intelligence GmbH.
In general, GREENMARCK has the long-term commitment of a strategist and a hands-on decision consequence of an entrepreneur. We have the experience and capabilities to turn around the business to profitability and growth.

We also invest in visionary start-ups with a strong will to actively disrupt the incumbents in their respective industry.

Our role as entrepreneurial investors is to support, challenge, connect and advise. We are entrepreneurs since almost 25 years with a strong expertise in legal, financial, strategic and operational matters. Over the last decade, GREENMARCK mainly invested in companies in special situations supporting them with legal, financial and strategic/ operational advise to continue its operations sustainably.
INVEST PORTFOLIO
Former seed investor in AskBrian, an AI startup that uses the digital assistant ‘Brian’ to support knowledge workers in automating repetitive tasks - such as translations, data searches or file conversions directly in Microsoft Teams, email or Slack. The solution combines modern AI with the highest data protection standards. In 2023, AskBrian was successfully acquired by think-cell.
Former seed investor in Elevator Intelligence GmbH, a PropTech startup developing a digital platform for the management, maintenance and monitoring of passenger and freight lifts. The solution enables operators to efficiently control technical measures and improves transparency and safety in building management.
Investor in the carve-out of a leading provider of professional lighting solutions from an international technology group. The company develops and produces innovative lighting systems for streets, industry, offices and sports facilities - with a focus on energy efficiency, digitalisation and intelligent
infrastructure.
